Account Security Layer

Two-step login verification is available for all accounts. When an unrecognised device attempts to access your account, we send an OTP to your registered mobile number before allowing entry, reducing unauthorised access risk materially.

Data Retention Schedule

Payment transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable Indian financial rules. Session logs are deleted on a 90-day rolling cycle. Inactive accounts are flagged for data minimisation review after 24 months of no login activity.
